Pretty Glow Box FZ-LLC (referred to as "us", "we", or "our" as the context may require) provides the content and services (“Services”) available on this website www.prettyglowbox.com and related mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”) to you subject to the following terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions and policies which you may find in the Site in connection with certain functionality, features or promotions as well as customer service, all of which are deemed an integral part of and included within these terms and conditions (collectively, "Terms").
We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Any such changes will be in effect as of the "Last Updated Date" referenced on the Site. You should review the Terms before using our Services including the purchasing of any product or services that are available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after the "Last Updated Date" will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms.

1. Services. The Services we offer allow you to search throughout the Site and place orders for the purchase of products and services. As part of the Services, we arrange the delivery of the products, provide you with customer service assistance and payment processing. The delivery logistics service is being provided by us to you through a third-party delivery service provider. We may charge for these delivery services which charge will be shown at checkout and prior to your purchase of the products. Your contract with us is concluded once the products that have been delivered to you by such delivery service provider.
2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation. You agree that your order is an offer to buy only. All orders must be accepted by us, or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders or otherwise cancel an order placed at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email or text message with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Items in your basket are not reserved until you place the respective order for such items. The Site may contain or provide information regarding the availability of the products and services. We cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will be available immediately, as inventory may change significantly throughout the day. In certain cases, a product or service may be available when you place an order but sold out by the time we process your order. Should this happen, we will inform you.
3. Prices and Payment Terms.
(a) All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes take place. Posted prices do not include VAT, other taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to the total price of your order and will be itemized in your shopping cart and your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however, we may make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences. Where 2 you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.
(b) We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Site that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
(c) Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and must be received by us before we accept an order. We accept (1) MasterCard, (2) Visa (debit and credit), (3) American Express and (4) Cash of Delivery for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order.
(d) You agree to pay the full amount payable for the product or services ordered as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs, taxes and charges incurred with that order. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of wrong name or address or any other wrong or incomplete information provided by you, you shall be solely responsible for any extra cost incurred for redelivery.
4. Title of Goods. Title to any items in your order will pass to you on dispatch of your order and we will have a lien on the items until payment in full is received for the order. All risks in or in connection with the items in your order passes to you upon delivery to the address detailed in the order.
5. Account Registration. In order to take advantage of the features and services of the Site, you may use the Site and place orders for products and services on a “guest check-out" basis or otherwise, when available, create an account and register your details with us. It is your ongoing responsibility to make sure that any personal data, including and payment details you provide to us are valid, accurate and complete. By placing an order with us, as a guest or as a registered user, you agree to sign up to receive future promotions and offers from us. It is your obligations to keep your account detailsincluding username and password confidential and secure. Our customer service agents will never ask you for your password. We are committed to complying with our Privacy Policy but we are not responsible or liable for any loss suffered through misuse of those details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we treat your personal data. You must notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised.
By registering an account or placing an order on the Site you warrant that you the information you provide is yours and is accurate in all respects.
6. Content and Descriptions. We strive to keep content on the Site complete and updated, and to describe the products as accurately as possible, however colors and resolution may vary depending on your monitor’s display. All measurements and weights are approximate.
7. Product Liability. By placing an Order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that the full liability for such products remains with their respective manufacturers and that we carry no product liability for those items save as described in the Returns and Refund Policy section in relation to returning the products and refunding the price paid (where applicable). All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, guidelines and precautions. You should always check all products’ ingredients to avoid potential allergic or other adverse reactions.
8. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site, including the collection, arrangement, assembly and presentation of pages and all logos, text, trademarks, images, feeds and databases are our property or the property of third parties (as the case may be) and are protected by intellectual property and other related laws. You may not copy, reproduce, transmit or distribute any content from the Site without our express written permission in advance.
9. Reviews and User generated Content. By providing a review, you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute. You also grant us a right to use any content you provide for our own purposes, including republication in any form or media whatsoever. Comments may be moderated and may not be displayed immediately but we do not commit to checking all content and will not be liable for third party posts. We reserve the right in our sole discretion not to publish or to remove any comment or reviews, including those that we believe may be unlawful, defamatory, racist or libelous, incite hatred or violence, or be detrimental to third parties or improperly uses the medium for promoting and advertising businesses. This Site is available to the public and therefore information you consider confidential should not be posted hereon.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of the Site or its content or the content of any other sites linked to or from the Site. The content of the Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind whatsoever, either express or implied, and you agree that your use of it is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted under the applicable laws, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or other warranties related to violation of third party rights with respect to the Site, its content, any products, merchandise or services available on the Site or your use of the Site, its content, or any products, merchandise or services available on the Site.
11. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATING TO THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT, YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE TERMS, ANY PRODUCTS, MERCHANDISE OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE SITE AND/OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF (A) WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (B) WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND (C) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.
OUR SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH OUR SITE.
12. Goods Not for Resale or Export. You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Site for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export.
13. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our directors, agents, affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Terms, including the use by third parties accessing the Site using your account.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. This Site is operated from the UAE. All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any and all disputes arising out from or in connection with the Site and the Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
15. Assignment. You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under the Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this Section is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves you of any of your obligations under the Terms.
16. No Waiver. A failure by us to enforce any right or provision of the Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
17. No Third-Party Beneficiaries. The Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you.
18. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
